Valerie Vigar retains all ownership of copyright, patent, right of publicity and other ‘ Intellectual Property Rights ‘, you may not reproduce or make derivative works of the product, or any portion thereof in anyway or any format now know or hereafter developed. By purchasing any work you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge your agreement.

A non refundable 50% deposit is required on commissioned work at the time of the written order, the remaining 50% including handling and shipping will be paid before the custom product is shipped to you.

Please allow 4-8 weeks or an agreed time for commissioned work once confirmed in writing.

International customers will be responsible for possible import taxes by their country.

All pieces are handcrafted which makes each one of a kind, with its own set of imperfections and irregularities these are to be valued as part of the artisans connection with you.
